Max chased each other all around the first night, and slept with me in the bed!
So far, Meisha is the more outgoing leader, and Max is the more laid back
follower. Thank you for a wonderful pair of furry new children. We

Congratulations Joan, Worth, Family & CoonPals Talley! Talley is doing great ...she is up to 8 lbs. now on her 6 month birthday. She likes sitting on our bathroom scale so it makes checking her weight easy.... I measured Talley's tail and it is 14" long. That is all tail and not just fur. Her tail is the same length as her body ( minus the head). So she takes after her bro. too. Glad he is showing so well and a real love. Talley is not such a kissy face but seeks me out when she is not napping. A real dear... Talley is doing well and we all love her.( that is all, except for Dixie who has made it her job to keep Talley in her place) My daughter has accused me of becoming a "crazy cat lady" since I took her to get her portraits made at Petco... you are giving me ideas for the big Easter Parade we have here.... a dress, bonnet and stroller! If it weren't such a big dog event, I might try it and really send my daughter over the edge. Talley will be happier though darting at the birds that feed on the window and possibly catching a moth, like she did yesterday. She is so funny, she went into the trash yesterday and pulled out a paper wrapper to play with. You ought to see her slide across the wooden floor chasing whatever it is that she has either pushed off the counter or dug up from somewhere. She particularly likes corks, dental floss containers and anything cellophane. I think she might have some crow in her too because she likes shiny things too. I have to watch my jewelry that I leave on my bedside table to make sure she doesn't bat it off to play with it! What a cute mess.

After I put her in my room, I left her alone
for about half an hour to let her get used to the new smells and new place.
When I went in she was on the bed, started rolling around bumping into my
hand & wanting petting, and all that cute stuff kitties do. I stayed in my
room with her for the rest of the night, alternated between watching tv on
my laptop, and playing or petting Little Lolly. She stayed right by my side
all night, slept next to me and on me. love her! Today she was
just great, acts like she's always lived here & always loved me. It's a
perfect fit... Kitty is doing so wonderful,. I'm
her person and she goes with me everywhere. She loves to sleep next to
me, even under the covers sometimes. Such a pretty darling, thank you.

The first night home Tango found a new game:
bounding up and down the stairs, sliding on the landing and bumping ino the
front door! He loves to play it over and over. He is just the right
CoonPals in his role as "co therapist.' He greets my clients for petting
and greetings, then settles down quietly during our sessions. His one bad
habit is jumping onto the counters! We have had a few close calls during
kitchen cooking time! He is such a big love.

Congratulations Knut, Gunilla, Hanna, Furries & CoonPals Hugo! Here are a few pictures of Hugo, hanging out with his friends, Oakley the dog, Sir William, the white persian himalayan and Mya, the rescue cat. Mya and Hugo are best friends, and a month apart in age, they are up to a lot of mischiefs and play in the morning and at night.... Sir William is 10 years old and does mostly want to sleep, but did perk up a little when the babies moved in! Hugo has a personality we have never seen in another cat! He follows us as a dog, greets us at the doors with our dog Oakley and we can tell that he "gets it" like closing the door with his head when he does not want Mya to come in, or fetching a toy that he wants to have us move around so he can chase it... really, he is the most fun and entertaining cat we ever had. He is also everything the name "gentle giant" suggest - we love him!! We are so in love with Hugo that Gunilla wants a CoonPals of her own! We can't wait to bring home CoonPals Henry! These are not cats: they are smart, clever, funny puppies in cat bodies!
